Of these voting rights, 5.102% (210,470 voting rights) are to be attributed to Kabouter Management LLC pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% or more in KROMI Logistik AG are to be attributed to Kabouter Management LLC: - Kabouter Fund II LLC
