On October 10, 2011, Fidelity Funds SICAV, Luxembourg, Luxembourg has informed us according to section 21 (1) WpHG that via shares its voting rights on KROMI Logistik AG, Hamburg, Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the voting rights on October 7, 2011 and on that day amounted to 1.45% (this corresponds to 59,900 voting rights).
2. On October 10, 2011, FIL Investments International, Hildenborough, UK has informed us according to section 21 (1) WpHG that via shares its voting rights on KROMI Logistik AG, Hamburg, Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the voting rights on October 7, 2011 and on that day amounted to 1.45% (this corresponds to 59,900 voting rights).
All voting rights in KROMI Logistik AG were attributed to FIL Investments International according to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
3. On October 10, 2011, FIL Limited, Hamilton HMCX, Bermuda has informed us according to section 21 (1) WpHG that via shares its voting rights on KROMI Logistik AG, Hamburg, Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the voting rights on October 7, 2011 and on that day amounted to 1.45% (this corresponds to 59,900 voting rights).
All voting rights in KROMI Logistik AG were attributed to FIL Limited according to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
4. On October 11, 2011, FIL Holdings Limited, Hildenborough, UK has informed us according to section 21 (1) WpHG that via shares its voting rights on KROMI Logistik AG, Hamburg, Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the voting rights on October 7, 2011 and on that day amounted to 1.45% (this corresponds to 59,900 voting rights).
All voting rights in KROMI Logistik AG were attributed to FIL Holdings Limited according to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
