Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV, Bonn, Germany informed us on August 16, 2011 that pursuant to section 21(1) WpHG on August 15, 2011 its shareholding in KROMI Logistik AG, Hamburg, Germany had exceeded the threshold of 10%.
Pursuant to section 27a(1) WpHG, Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV provided us with the following information about its objectives concerning the purchase of the voting rights and the source of funds which were used for the purchase.
* Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV considers the shareholding in KROMI Logistik AG as a long-term investment. In the long term, the investment is used to realize trading profits.
* Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV does intend to obtain further voting rights by acquisition or any other way in the next twelve months.
* Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV does currently not intend to influence the composition of the administration, management or supervisory board of KROMI Logistik AG.
* Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV does currently not intend to change the capital structure of KROMI Logistik AG, especially with regards to the ratio of internal/outside financing.
* Concerning the source of funds, the capital is financed by 100% through equity capital with which the Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV needs to finance the acquisition of the voting rights.
